LABORATORY & DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

Laboratory Testing:

CBC, CMP, BMP and other basic lab tests
Urinalysis and culture to evaluate kidney function and detecting

Imaging Studies:

Xray to evaluate for fractures, joint injuries and respiratory conditions

We are unable to see patients for complete Primary Care Services and the following acute concerns:

Fatigue/dizziness/weakness
Bruising/unexplained bleeding
Severe headache
Vision changes
Cancer management
Chest pain
Shortness of breath
Abdominal pain
Extremity numbness/weakness
Inability to move
Pregnancy problems
Severe pain
Chronic pain
Any recipient of Medicare
Any need or request for controlled medication
